PP+K Rules Southeast at National Ad Agency Competition

Tampa, Fla. – May 19, 2008 – Pyper Paul + Kenney has won more national ADDY awards than any other ad agency in the Southeastern U.S. and finished 6th overall nationally out of 120 agency finalists in the competition at the American Advertising Federation’s (AAF) National ADDY Awards Show.  The only agencies winning more awards than PP+K were BBDO (New York), DDB (Chicago), Leo Burnett (Chicago), GSD&M (Austin) and Arnold (Boston).

With over 60,000 entries from several thousand U.S. agencies annually, the ADDY Awards are the world’s largest and arguably toughest advertising competition, highlighting the best work in the industry.

“Raking in seven National 2008 ADDY Awards in just our fourth year in business is quite an achievement,” said Paul Daigle, PP+K’s President. “It’s the end result of building one of the best creative teams in the nation that continually pushes the envelope on everything we do; coupled with great clients who aren’t afraid to take risks in order to reap big results.”

“Our clients really appreciate our award-winning work,” added Tom Kenney, the agency’s Executive Creative Director.  “But more importantly than winning awards, they recognize that our unique and memorable concepts win consumer’s hearts and create bottom-line business results.”
