PP+K To Drive Pirelli’s U.S. And Global Advertising
Tampa, Fla. – May 19, 2008 – Pyper Paul + Kenney has been awarded North American and International advertising duties for Pirelli Tire without a review. Pirelli, headquartered in Milan, Italy, maintains North American operations in Rome, Georgia and had 2007 reported sales of $6.38 billion. In the past Pirelli has maintained relationships with other advertising agencies including WestWayne (now 22Squared) and Leo Burnett.
As agency of record for Pirelli, PP+K will be responsible for developing branding and creative platforms that leverage Pirelli’s strategic alliances with two premier international auto racing brands, Grand American Road Racing and World Rally Championship.
PP+K is preparing to launch a new global print campaign for the Client that will run in automotive enthusiast publications such as Road & Track, Car and Driver and 0-60.
